Dress

You’re coming in to a laid back, relaxed vibe (it’s not a concert, but please respect the music) so we prefer smart/casual; jeans are OK as are suits, frocks or even ‘Black Tie’ evening dress, if you want to dress up a bit! (We do often see people coming in after being at a formal party, in long dresses and kilts) .

Entry will always be at the discretion of our highly experienced, courteous and efficient (contracted) Security door staff, and we trust their judgement, which is based on many years of experience here, and is also based on their knowledge of our discerning clientele. They prefer that people are not in shorts, tracksuit bottoms, bare feet or with flip-flops footwear, and we support this view.

Also, we are not really a ‘Party Venue’ for Stag or Hen nights – people come here to enjoy the music and have a good time, not to be distracted by raucous behaviour. The entry discretion may also apply to any form of fancy dress.
