Vocalist and saxophonist Kimberley Tessa has been making waves across the Scottish jazz scene. Awarded ‘Rising Star’ at the 2023 Scottish Jazz Awards, she performs throughout Scotland playing Jazz sets, original music, and with the vocal trio “The Vintage Girls”. She will be performing alongside guitarist Sean Bissett for a set of Jazz infused RnB originals and some classic jazz numbers. Sean Bissett has spent the last 10 years working as a session guitarist in Scotland. An early found interest in improvised music has led him on a near 20-year journey studying the great musicians Charlie Parker, Oscar Peterson, Pat Metheny, and John Scofield, to name a few.

J. Emmanuel is a Soul/Blues artist from Nigeria, currently residing in the beautiful city of Edinburgh. His rich tone of voice and smooth delivery gives his music a unique soulful vibe and conscious feel. At an early age, Emmanuel sang in the choir and developed a deep love and passion for music. Growing up, he was heavily inspired by Gospel, Soul, and Blues.
A chance encounter at work would see him transition from a music fanatic to singing, in nearly every venue in the Edinburgh. In 2017 he was one of the founding members of Bourbon Street 5 which went on to support artists like Grammy nominated Blues Guitarist Eric Gales, Grammy Nominated Blues Singer Sugar Ray Rayford, Euro Blues Award Nominated Guitarist Erja Lyytinen. Now, as a solo artist, he is on a journey to inspire others through his music; with a debut EP release in 2023. Not to be missed!

Dick Lee’s Swing Scoundrels

Dick’s latest band is a quintet featuring some of Scotland’s finest jazz performers, assembled to play hot and sweet swing jazz from both sides of the Atlantic.
Dick plays clarinet, bass clarinet, soprano sax and recorder, and the band also features the duelling guitars of Malcolm MacFarlane and Timmy Allan, the tasty trumpet of Lorne Cowieson and the springy bass of Owen MacDonald.
The Scoundrels play great tunes from the likes of Benny Goodman, Django Reinhardt, Duke Ellington et al.
